This collection includes several types of content – articles, employee insights and infographics – for a variety of buyer personas. Each piece targets a specific obstacle typical prospective customers encounter in the buying journey and offers a clear solution. I wrote all of these pieces and acted as project manager for the infographics' design and the content's production. These are examples from Journey, a content website for which I acted as the content's project manager. In addition to writing many pieces for the site, I also edited most of the content and led the design of the graphics throughout the pieces.
This represents some of the most fun I've had writing. This brand's marketing team asked me to research and write some blogs to add more fun into readers' lives, but my favorite part of the assignment was when I got to rewrite the speakers' instructions to reflect Jam's tongue-in-cheek voice. It's the most fun you'll have reading instructions.
